Address Changes

  • Active employees: Must log into "HR Xpress >> Employee Services >> Update Your RRD Records >> View and Update Personal Information >> View/Change Your Address". Benefits Center will NOT accept address changes from active employees.

  • Terminated employees: Call the RR Donnelley Benefits Center (1-877-773-4236) and request an address change. Benefits Center will NOT accept address changes from active employees.

View and/or Print Your Pay Statement

  • Active employees: Log into "HR Xpress >> Employee Services >> Payroll Xpress >> View / Print Your Pay Statement.
  • Terminated employees: Terminated employees may continue to view pay statements online by logging into HR Xpress.  HR Xpress access will be limited to pay statement viewing/printing only.  Access will be available for 12 months after termination.  (NOTE:  SUB payments issued by TMS are not available for viewing/printing online.)  If you need assistance accessing HR Xpress, please call the HR Xpress Service Center at 1-866-472-8773.  Advisors are available 9 am to 6 pm (ET), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

W-2 Statements Have Been Shipped

  • W-2 Statements were postmarked and shipped to employee's address of record via USPS on or prior to January 31.

W-2 Form Lost or Not Received

  • Active employees: Must initiate an address change online (see below) and submit a Request for a Copy of Your Form W-2 (PDF, 19 KB). Requests will be honored on a first come, first serve basis beginning February 15th. Requested W-2 statements will be mailed (or faxed) within five (5) business days.

  • Terminated employees: Must initiate an address change (see below) and submit a Request for a Copy of Your Form W-2 (PDF, 19 KB).
