RR Donnelley participates in the E-Verify program administered by the Social Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security, and US Citizenship and Immigration Service. Participation in this program helps us to confirm employment eligibility of all newly hired, rehired or reinstated employees. In accordance with Federal Law, all employees hired, rehired or reinstated on or after November 7, 1986 and working in the United States must complete a Form I-9 and provide original documents showing identity and eligibility to work in the US within three (3) business days of the hire date. If employees are authorized to work, but are unable to present the required document(s) within three (3) business days, employees must present a receipt for the application of the document(s) within three (3) business days and the actual document(s) within ninety (90) calendar days.
