How do I apply online?


New Applicant

The online application process could take up to 45 minutes to complete.  You will be timed out after 45 minutes of no activity.  You will be given a warning but if you do not enter information within 10 minutes of the warning, you will be timed out and will need to start over.
 

All communication will be done via email so please ensure that you have a valid and active email account.  If you do not have one, you can create one at www.yahoo.com or www.hotmail.com.    You should create your email account before you begin the application process.

  1. Click on Open Positions and then click on Search Current Openings.
  2. Click on Search Current Openings and use the filters to narrow your job search or to find a specific position.  You may view all open positions by clicking on All Posted Jobs.
  3. To view details about an open position, click on the job title.  The full job description will then display.
  4. To apply for a position, click on the job title and then New Resume/CV at the bottom of the page.  You will be brought to a page where you can select to upload a resume, copy and paste a resume or proceed without a resume.  Please click on your desired method for submission and click Continue.
  5. Please complete all blank fields and verify completed fields within each section and then click Continue.  You will click Continue through all steps in the on-line application process. 
  6. The final step in the process is the EEO process.  Once complete, click Submit at the bottom of the page.
  7. Verify information on the final screen, click Edit resume/CV if edits are necessary.  If no edits are needed, click Submit.
  8. You will receive a confirmation on the screen once you have completed the process. 

Notes:

    1. You will be asked for an email address and password.  Please record the email address and password you use.  You will need to log in using that information to access your resume and  submit through the RR Donnelley system in the future.   
    2. You are now a Registered Applicant and can apply for additional positions that you feel you are qualified for at any time by logging in using the email and password you associated with your profile. 
    3. You will receive an email to confirm that your application has been submitted.  If you do not get an email confirming that your application has been received, your application did not go through and you will need to start over. 

Registered Applicant

  1. Click on Open Positions and then click on Search Current Openings.
  2. Click on Search Current Openings and use the filters to narrow your job search or to find a specific position. You may view all open positions by clicking on All Posted Jobs.
  3. To view details about an open position, click on the job title.  The full job description will then display.
  4. To apply for a position, click on the job title, then on Existing Resume/CV at the bottom of the page.
  5. Enter your email address and password and click on Check Records.
  6. You will be able to view the positions you have applied for and the resume submitted for those positions.  Click on Submit this Profile to use that profile to submit to another position within RRD.  You will have the opportunity to update your Profile/Resume at this point.
  7. Click on Return to Job Listings and this will give you the option to search and apply for additional positions.
  8. When you have selected the position(s) for which to apply, click on the Existing Resume/CV button. 
  9. The position will be listed and you can then view your resume or select to submit your profile.
  10. Your most recent resume will be pulled for submission.
