An Overview of Your 2012 RR Donnelley Benefits The following benefits are available to you if you are a regular full-time or benefits-eligible part-time employee of RR Donnelley or a participating subsidiary. Some of your benefits are provided automatically to you at no cost. Other benefits give you the ability to choose a type and level of coverage from among several options. Please consult your Benefits Guide and Summary Plan Descriptions for more information on each of the benefits details regarding eligibility and waiting period requirements.
Medical Program
Provides comprehensive medical coverage for you and your family. Coverage choices include different levels of medical coverage and cost levels including options that allow you to enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). The choices available to you depend on where you live (your zip code on file with RRD) and will be indicated on your personalized health and welfare benefits enrollment worksheet.
Dental Benefit Program
Provides comprehensive dental coverage for you and your family.
Vision Benefit Program Provides comprehensive vision coverage for you and your family.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Allows you to reimburse yourself for eligible out-of-pocket health care expenses with before-tax contributions you make to your FSA account during the plan year.
Dependent Care Plan (DCP) Allows you to reimburse yourself for eligible dependent care expenses with before-tax contributions you make to your DCP account during the plan year.
Basic Life Insurance Provides a company-paid life insurance benefit equal to one times your annual base pay, up to a maximum benefit of $125,000.
Voluntary Employee Life Insurance Allows you to purchase life insurance coverage in addition to your Basic Life Insurance.
Voluntary Employee Accident Insurance Allows you to purchase coverage for accidental death and other losses.
Voluntary Dependent Life Insurance and Voluntary Dependent Accident Insurance Allows you to purchase life and accident insurance for your spouse and children.
Short-term Disability Income Program A company-paid benefit that provides wage replacement for up to 26 weeks if you are absent from work because of an approved non-occupational illness or injury after you've been off work for seven consecutive days. Weekly benefit is equal to 60% of your weekly base pay.
Long-Term Disability Income Program A company-paid benefit that provides wage replacement during periods of disability that extends beyond the period covered by the Short-Term Disability Income Program or Worker's Compensation. Monthly benefits are equal to 60% of your monthly base pay, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.
Employee 401(k) Savings Plan Participation in the Plan allows you to save for your retirement through before-tax 401(k) contributions, Roth 401(k) contributions, or through after-tax contributions. You choose how to invest your contributions among several different investment funds. The Company may, at its discretion, make matching contributions to the accounts of participants in the Plan who make before-tax or Roth 401(k) contributions during a calendar year and remain employed on December 31 of such year.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan Provides you the opportunity to purchase RR Donnelley stock in a systematic, low-cost way through payroll deductions.
Employee Assistance Program A company-paid, confidential program designed to provide support through many of life's stages and events. The services include practical parenting advice and child care referral assistance, mature transitions, elder care issues, health and wellness information and tips, legal consultations, education options assistance, as well as support in resolving personal problems that may affect your health, well-being and job performance.
Adoption Assistance Program A company-paid program that provides employees with financial assistance up to $2,000 for eligible adoption expenses.
